Cross Country: Ran in five of six races for UCM including the MIAA Championships and the NCAA Division II Regional Meet … Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:33.44 at the MIAA Championships, coming in 32^nd place … Placed in UCM’s top five in three meets … Set a PR in the 6.4K at the UCM Mule Run, completing the course in 21:04.58 … Represented the Mules at the NCAA Regional Meet, crossing the line in 33:57.10 for 10K.

Cross Country: Ran in all seven races for the Mules … Scored for UCM at the MIAA Championships, coming in 29^th place overall and fifth on the team, completing the 8K course in 25:57.92 … Also ran at the NCAA Central Regional and NCAA Division II National Championships … Set a PR for the 10K at the D2 Championships, crossing the line in 33:10.9.
 
Before UCM: Was a five-time all-state honoree at West Platte High School ... Captured conference and district titles in cross country, while earning all-state honors twice and all-district honors four times ... Helped lead his team to four district championships, a conference title and the state championship ... Won five conference championships in track with four district titles, three sectional crowns and three all-state honors ... Holds the conference record in the two mile.
