Cross Country: Competed in all six races for UCM, placing in the top five in five of them … Set personal-bests in the 8K and 6.4K races … Recorded four top-20 finishes and three in the top-15 … Ran a PR 8K at the MIAA Championships, finishing 20^th overall in 25:50.73 … Took part in the NCAA Division II Regional Championship, running 33:38.50 over the 10K course … Set  a PR in the 6.4K at the UCM Mule run, coming in 11^th place in 21:13.86.

2013-14
Cross Country: Ran in all seven races for the Mules … Was the UCM’s seventh scorer at the MIAA Championships with a PR time of 26:13.93 in the 8K … Also ran at the NCAA Regional and NCAA Championships meets, with a time of 35:09.04 at the NCAA Championships over 10,000m.
 
Indoor Track: Scored for the Mules being a part of the seventh place DMR team at the MIAA Championships … Set PRs in the mile (4:23.99) and 3K (8:50.21) … Also ran in the mile at the MIAA Championships, coming in 12^th place.

Outdoor Track: Ran the 1500m and 3K events during the season … Finished 20^th at the MIAA Championships in the 1500m with a PR time of 4:06.24.
 
2012-13
Indoor Track: Debuted with a fifth place finish in the mile at the UCM Invite ... Finished 14th at the MIAA Championships in the mile run.
 
Outdoor Track: Finished sixth in the 5,000m run at the UCM Mule Relays ... Was 21st at the MIAA Championships in the 1,500m run.

2011-12
Cross Country: Ran in four races, earning a season-best finish of 14th place at the UCM Mule Run ... set an 8K personal record at the Roy Griak Invitational (28:02) ... 
 
Outdoor Track: Competed in the 1,500m Run at five meets, including a 16th place finish at the MIAA Championships ... Set a P.R. in the 1,500m with a time of 4:06.87 at the MIAA Championships ... Placed second at the UCM Mule Relays (4:15.11).
 
High school: All-Conference in cross country.
