2012-13Cross Country: Came in ninth place at the UCM Mule Run to start the season ... Earned a 38th place result at the Division I Roy Griak Invitational ... Claimed All-MIAA Honorable Mention honors with a 20th place finish at the MIAA Championships ... Finished 55th at the NCAA Central Regional.
Indoor: Finished 13th at the MIAA Championships in the 5,000m run ... Placed third in the 3,000m run at the UCM Classic.
Outdoor: Finished ninth and 20th at the MIAA Championships in the 10,000m run and 5,000m run, respectively ... Was second in the 10,000m run at the UCM Mule Relays.
2011-12Cross Country: Scored for the Mules in the MIAA Cross Country Championship, with a 34th place finish ... Finished 50th at the South Central Regional Cross Country Championship.
Indoor Track: Placed 14th in the 5,000m Run at the MIAA Championships ... Set a personal best in the 5,000m earlier in the season, finishing third at the UCM Mule Relays (15:22.76) ... Collected a pair of top-five finishes in the 800m Run at both the UCM Invitational (8:57.35, 5th) and UCM Classic (8:54.46, 4th).
Outdoor Track: Earned two points for the Mules at the MIAA Championships with a seventh-place finish in the 10,000m Run (32:26.38) ... 2010-11Cross Country: Scored at the NCAA Championships meet as a freshman, placing 150th (135 points) and finishing the 10K course in 34:15 ... Finished 15th among freshman at the Championships ... Also helped the Mules to an NCAA South Central Region title, finishing 67th (34:23) ... Finished 32nd at the 8-kilometer MIAA Championships (25:58) ... Had a pair of top-20 finishes, at the UCM Mule Run (12th), and the Central Methodist Gary Stoner Invitational (13th).
Indoor Track: Finished seventh in the 5,000m Run at the UCM Mule Relays, with a time of 15:59.29 ... Ran the indoor mile at the UCM Classic, finishing in 4:42.45.
Outdoor Track: Made two appearances at Missouri, competing in the 5,000m Run at the Missouri Relays, then the 3,000m Steeplechase at the Tom Botts Invitational a week later ... Earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award with a perfect 4.0 GPA in Secondary Education ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
Before UCM: School record holder in the 5k ... All-conference four years, conference champion three years... Twice named All-state individual runner... Selected to first-team all-metro cross country three years... Team finished runner-up in 2009, and fourth in 2010 at the state meet... In track, state qualifier in the 3200m and conference champion in the 1600m and 3200m.
