Cross Country: Ran in all six races during the Mules season … Had a season-best 8K at the MIAA Championships, finishing 38^th in 26:34.60 … Finished 17^th at the UCM Mule Run, completing the 6.4K course in 21:37.89 … Competed at the NCAA Division II Regional Meet, running the 10K in 34:31.40.

2013-14
Cross Country: Finished sixth in the 6.4K race at the UCM Mule Relays, with a career-best time of 21:07.3 ... Finished 30th at the MIAA Championships in the 8K race ... Competed in the 10K race at the NCAA Central Regional Championship and at the NCAA Championship.
 
Indoor Track: Ran in three races during the indoor season … Finished fifth in the 3K at the UCMO Invitational with a time of 9:12.00 … Ran a personal-best 4:36.06 mile at the MSSU Lion Invitational.
 
Outdoor Track: Finished 11^th at the MIAA Championships in the 10,000m run … Placed third in the event at the UCMO Mule Relays with a season-best 32:48.49.

2012-13
Cross Country: Placed 18th at the UCM Mule Run ... Ran a season-low 27:07 during a stretch of three straight 8K races, finishing 34th at the Missouri State Invitational ... Finished 50th at the MIAA Championships ... Placed 92nd at the NCAA Central Regional.
 
Outdoor Track: Placed sixth in the 5,000m run at the Wildcat Open ... Was eighth in the 5,000m run at the UCM Mule Relays.
 
2011-12
Cross Country: Recorded two top-ten finishes, at the Southwest Baptist Twilight Run (tenth) and the UCM Mule Run (tenth) ... Set personal records for 5K (16:39.76), four mile (21:18.28) and 8K (25:51.69) ... Also finished 18th at the Central Methodist Invitational. 
 
Indoor Track: Earned top-eight finishes in all three events on the year ... Set a P.R. in the 3,000m Run, finishing seventh at the UCM Classic (9:00.54) ... Placed eighth in the 5,000m Run at the UCM Mule Relays.
 
Outdoor Track: Earned a 17th place finish in the 10,000m Run at the MIAA Championships ... Finished eighth in the 10,000m at the UCM Mule Relays with a personal-best 32:16.73 ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Before UCM: District champion in cross country ... Two-time All-Conference ... Cross country team conference champions.
