As a redshirt freshman: Appeared in four games in 2012 along the defensive line ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

As a freshman: Did not appear in any games last season while redshirting.

In high school: Head Coach: Pat Richard – As a senior he was a first-team all-conference defensive lineman, first-team all-conference offensive linemen … also earned first-team all-district on the defensive line, and first-team all-state by both the coaches and AP on the defensive line … was a KMZU Dream Team selection and was selected to play in the Lions Club All-Star Game ... a three-time first team all-state selection as a defensive lineman by the coaches as he helped his team to two state titles.
