Cross Country: Competed in all six races during his senior season … Was the Mules’ top finisher in four meets and scored for UCM in all six … Had three top-10 finishes and two inside the top-five … Was the Mules’ top finisher at the MIAA Championships, running the 8K course in a season-best 25:27.76 … Also represented the Mules at the NCAA Division II Regional Championships, running the 10K course in 32:49.08 … Set a new PR in the 6.4K at the UCM Mule Run, coming in third place in 20:27.92 … Was named MIAA Cross Country Athlete of the Week Sept. 16.
2013-14
Cross Country: Placed second at the season-opening SBU Twilight before winning the Mule Run ... Earned All-MIAA honors with an eighth place finish at the conference meet and was 13th at the regional meet to earn All-Region honors.
Indoor Track: Set three personal-bests in the 800m (1:55.34), mile (4:11.48) and 3,000m (8:37.85) … Took three first place finishes on the year, one in each of the 800m, mile and 3,000m … Placed 21
st at the MIAA Championships in the mile.
2012-13Cross Country: Started the season with a fourth place finish at the UCM Mule Run ... Scored for the Mules with a 31st place result at the MIAA Championships ... Placed 37th at the NCAA Central Regional ... Finished 15th at the Missouri State Invitational.
Indoor Track: Finished third at the UCM Classic in the mile with a time of 4:17.00 … Ran a 9:17.86 3K at the UCM Mule Relays.
Outdoor Track: Competed in the 800m, 1500m and 3,000m events … Ran a season-best 1:57.63 in the 800m at the Wildcat Open … At the Same Williams Twilight Qualifier, ran a season-best 3:56.06 for 1500m, finishing in first place.
2011-12Cross Country: Earned four top-15 finishes, including a 14th place result at the MIAA Championships (24:51, 8K) ... Finished 55th at the NCAA South Central Regional (33:30, 10K) ... Placed eighth at the Southwest Baptist Twilight ... Ninth place result at the UCM Mule Relays ... Season-high finish of fifth place at the Central Methodist Invitational (26:07, 8K).
Indoor Track: Earned All-MIAA Honors in the 800m Run, placing third (1:56.37) ... Won the mile run at the UCM Invitational (4:27.26) ... Ran a personal-best in the mile at the UCM Mule Relays, finishing fifth in a time of 4:22.95 ... Earned a second place finish in the mile at the UCM Classic (4:24.75) ... Placed fourth in the 800m at the Missouri Southern Lion Invitational (1:58.02).
Outdoor Track: Earned points for the Mules in two events, placing eighth in both the 800m run (2:03.69) and the 1,500m run (3:59.58) ... 2010-11Indoor Track: Scored for the Mules in two events at the MIAA Championships, placing fifth in the mile (4:23.32), and sixth as the anchor leg in the Distance Medley Relay (10:37.15) ... Won the mile at the UCM Classic (4:26.25) ... Placed second as a member of the DMR at the UCM Mule Relays (11:01.65).
Outdoor Track: Competed at the MIAA Championships, placing 14th in the 1,500m run ... Won the 800m run at the Pittsburg State/Wendy's Invitational (2:00.71) ... Also placed second in the 1,500m at PSU ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
Before UCM: Conference and district champion in the 800m 1600m and 3200m runs... Track team was conference and district champions as well.
