BIG RAPIDS, Mich. -- University of Central Missouri Mules Golf is prepped to play at the 2025 NCAA-II Central/Midwest Super Regional Championship, hosted at Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Michigan, from May 7 through 9th. This will be UCM's 32nd consecutive appearance in the NCAA Division II postseason.
The Mules are coming off a strong spring season with eight top-10 finishes, including placing first at the Tulsa Cup. They enter the super regional with a runner-up finish at the MIAA Men's Golf Championship.
The top five teams and the top two student-athletes not with a team from each region will advance to the finals, May 18-22, at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada

Jack Hope, senior
Andrew Whittaker, senior
Brooks Baldwin, sophomore
Lawson Barks, junior
CJ Phillips and freshman
Kale Flinton.
Flinton is coming off an outstanding performance in the MIAA Championship, where he finished tied in second after carding 5-under in the final round. The freshman also has two top-10 finishes and has an average of 73.69 over 26 rounds.
Junior
CJ Phillips has also been a consistent low scorer for the Mules, averaging 72.41 over 29 rounds. Phillips also has seven top-five finishes and won the MWSU Holiday Inn Express Classic and the Tulsa Cup. Phillips received All-MIAA accolades for his performance at the MIAA Championships after finishing 12th at the event.
Sophomore
Lawson Barks has been a mainstay in the roster for the Mules, compiling a 75.22 average over 23 rounds and a top-10 finish.
Rounding out the expected lineup are Senior
Jack Hope and
Andrew Whittaker. Hope has an average of 76.32 over 22 rounds, and Whittaker holds a 76.25 average over 12 rounds. Whittaker also finished 2-under par in the third round of the MIAA Championships.
The Mules play the first round of the 54-hole event on Thursday, May 7.
