Mules Golf Second in Most Recent NCAA-II Central Regional Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS – University of Central Missouri Mules Golf is ranked second in the most recent NCAA Division II Central Regional Rankings released on Friday, March 27, by the NCAA.

UCM is coming off a third-place showing at the Arkansas Collegiate March 23-24 in El Dorado, Ark.

The Mules are one of six MIAA men's golf teams appearing in the latest rankings. Central Oklahoma, Washburn, Pittsburg State, Arkansas-Fort Smith, and Northeastern State are also ranked.

Following the MIAA Championship, the top 10 teams in the final Midwest and Central Regional Rankings, and eight individuals from each region on teams that did not qualify, will advance to the 2026 NCAA-II Midwest/Central Regional May 7-9 at the Katke Golf Course in Big Rapids, Mich.

The teams that finish in the top four of the Midwest/Central Regional, and the two top individuals on teams that don't advance, will qualify for the 2026 NCAA-II Men's Golf Championship, which is slated for May 18-22 at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nev.

UCM is scheduled to return to action March 30-31 at the Silverback Invitational at Crestwood Country Club in Pittsburg, Kan.
