2026 NCAA-II Indoor Track and Field Championships

University of Central Missouri Mules and Jennies Track & Field is sending eight individuals to the 2026 NCAA-II Indoor Championships, March 13-14 at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Va.
The Mules have five qualifiers, while the Jennies have three.
Championship action is scheduled to get underway at 9 a.m. CT (10 a.m. ET) Friday and Saturday in Virginia Beach.

The 2026 Qualifiers for UCM Track & Field
For the Mules,
Nolan Vancauwemberghe qualified in the men's 60m hurdles. He currently has the fastest time in Division II and school history in the event at 7.70.
Jamoi Jackson earned a spot in the men's 400m dash with a qualifying time of 46.61 – 10th fastest in NCAA-II,
Zachary Proctor qualified in the high jump with the 12th-best mark in Division II at 2.13m (6-11.75),
Landon Mason qualified in the weight throw with a mark of 20.43m (67-0.50) – 14th-best in Division II, and
Gracious Ushie qualified in the 60m dash with the 14th-fastest time in NCAA-II at 6.70.
The Jennies are led by
Grizell Scarlett, who qualified both in the 60m and 200m dashes. Scarlett currently holds the fastest time in the country and in school history in the 60m at 7.25, and the fastest time in indoor school history and second-fastest time in the country in the 200m at 23.56.
Michenainda Aritus qualified in the long jump with an indoor school record mark of 6.15m (20-02.25), which is seventh in Division II, and
Kristen Jones earned a spot in the pentathlon with a total of 3,686 points – 14th-best in NCAA-II.
