NEW ORLEANS, La. -- Both the Mules and Jennies are ranked in the top 25 of the first United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) National Ratings Index release on Tuesday, Jan. 27, by the organization.
The Mules check in at No. 9 in the men's rankings while the Jennies are No. 25 in the women's rankings.
The Mules posted a team score of 65.59 for the number nine ranking, earning 62.99 individual points and 2.61 relay points.
UCM currently has 12 student-athletes and one relay ranked in the top-30 of their respective indoor events:
The Jennies compiled a team score of 34.18 for 25th, compiling 33.61 individual points and 0.57 relay points.
Central Missouri currently has six student-athletes and one relay in the top-30 of their respective indoor events:
UCM Tack & Field is scheduled to return to action on Friday, Jan. 30, and Saturday, Jan. 31, at the Washburn Open in Topeka, Kan.
