KANSAS CITY, Mo. – University of Central Missouri Mules Track & Field's
Nolan Vancauwemberghe has been voted the first MIAA Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week for the 2025-26 indoor season, it was announced on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
A freshman from Horni, Belgium, Vancauwemberghe set a new school record in the men's 60m hurdles at the Washburn Alumni Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 6, in Topeka, Kan., posting a school record time of 7.76 in the prelims to win his heat and advance to the final. His time is also the top time so far this season in NCAA Division II.
In the final, Vancauwemberghe placed second with a time of 7.78.
