BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. – The University of Central Missouri Jennies' golf team is sitting in first place after day one of the Central Region Fall Preview on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at Adams Pointe Golf Club.
The Jennies are at the top of the leaderboard after tallying an opening round team score of 292 (+4) and are ahead of MIAA foe Nebraska Kearney by three strokes.
Senior
Mia Rallo sits atop the individual leaderboard after a three-under 69. The Wentzille, Mo. native birdied four holes in the round, including the par-five second.
Seniors
Kiki Bruner and
Libby Green are tied for tenth place at 2-over par, while sophomore
Madolyn Kost is one shot back after a round of 75 (+3). Freshman
Ansley Giesselmann sits in 29th-place after an opening round 5-over par 77.
The Jens conclude the Central Region Fall Preview on Wednesday, Sept. 3, from Adams Pointe Golf Club in Blue Springs, Mo.
