KANSAS CITY, Mo. – University of Central Missouri Athletics had an impressive 122 student-athletes earn a spot on the 2025-26 MIAA Newcomer Academic Honor Roll, it was announced Tuesday, June 30, by the conference office.

The Newcomer Academic Awards honor both first-year and transfer student-athletes. To be considered as a first-year or transfer student-athlete, the individual must have completed two semesters, excluding summer terms, at their current institution when they competed in their sport.

Of the 122 student-athletes on the honor roll, seven earned MIAA Scholar-Athlete honors for earning All-MIAA honors in 2025-26 and having at least a 3.50 GPA while 15 student-athletes received MIAA Academic Excellence recognition for having a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Including the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Newcomer Academic Honor Roll lists in 2025-26, the Mules and Jennies had a grand total of 384 student-athletes earn MIAA Academic Honor Roll recognition.
