WARRENSBURG, Mo. – University of Central Missouri Athletics and Taymar Sales U. have named Dalton Reynolds as the new Director of Sales for the Mules & Jennies, it was announced Tuesday, Sept. 2.
Reynolds comes to UCM after serving as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo., since 2023. Before being elevated to Assistant Director of Ticket Operations, Reynolds was a student worker in the Mizzou Ticket Office beginning in 2018.
"Dalton is a great fit for our team here at UCM. A Missouri grad, who grew up in small-town Missouri, Dalton understands our market and the culture of the area," UCM Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations Joe Thuente said. "I think he will be a great addition and will help us raise the profile of the department in the region."
At Mizzou, Reynolds assisted with game-day ticket manager duties, including staffing, customer service, ticket printing and resolutions, pass lists, will-call, and game-day sales. In addition, he planned, organized, and executed ticket operations for volleyball and wrestling and assisted with football and men's basketball.
Reynolds also managed event setup, prints, ticket distribution, invoicing for season and single-game events, and payment plans.
Additionally, he has volunteered with The Basketball Tournament (TBT) and The Soccer Tournament (TST), The Summit League Basketball Championships, Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp, the Mizzou Football Program, and The Norm Stewart Classic.
"I'd like to thank the athletic administration team at UCM as well as Taymar Sales U. for the opportunity to join the team in Warrensburg! UCM has always been known and will continue to be known as the premier athletic program in NCAA Division II," Reynolds said. "I'm eager to stay in Missouri to make a lasting impact on the community as well as everyone involved within UCM Athletics and our university. Go Mules! Go Jennies!"
A native of Huntsville, Mo., Reynolds earned a bachelor's degree in parks, recreation and sport with a minor in business from Mizzou in 2021 and received a master's degree in educational, school and counseling psychology in 2023 from the University of Missouri.
