BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. – The University of Central Missouri Jennies golf team opened its 2025-26 season with a first-place finish at the Central Region Fall Preview on Wednesday, Sept. 3, at Adams Pointe Golf Club.
The Jennies posted a 36-hole team score of 10-over par 586 (292-294) to secure the season-opening victory. Behind the Jens were MIAA foes Nebraska Kearney in second, posting a score of 24-over par 600 and Missouri Western, which rounded out the top three in third at 26-over par 602.
Senior
Mia Rallo took the runner-up spot in the individual standings. After shooting an even-par 72, the reigning WGCA All-American ended the tournament at 3-under par 141 (69-72). Henderson State's Lily Nelson took the top spot after being two under par 140 (-4) in the 36-hole tournament.
Freshman
Ansley Giesselmann finished in a tie for ninth place at 4-over par 148 (77-71), while sophomore
Madolyn Kost (75-75) and senior
Kiki Bruner (74-76) tied for the 16th slot at 6-over par 150.
Senior
Libby Green tied for 22nd with a two-round 8-over par 152 (74-78), rounding out the Jennies' scoring.
