BOULDER CITY, Nev. -- No. 20-ranked University of Central Missouri Jennies Golf finished runner-up at the NCAA-II Women's Golf National Championship at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada, Saturday, May 17. The Jennies lost to No. 4 Dallas Baptist University by a final match score of 4-1 to finish in second place. The runner-up showing at the NCAA-II Championship was the best finish in program history.
The 2024-25 season was a historic one for Jennies Golf as they made their first appearance in the NCAA-II Women's Golf National Championship Match in program history and captured the first NCAA-II Central Regional Championship in program history.
In addition, UCM won its third consecutive MIAA Women's Golf Championship and set a new program record for best four-player team scoring average at 296.2 over 30 rounds.
The Jennies were led in the National Championship Match by junior
Mia Rallo who shot an 18-hole score of 69 (-3) to win her match by one. Sophomore
Maya McVey shot an 18-hole score of 72 (even-par), senior
Nicole Rallo shot an 18-hole score of 73 (+1), redshirt-junior
Kiki Bruner shot an 18-hole score of 75 (+3), and junior
Libby Green shot an 18-hole score of 79 (+7) to round out the Jennies scoring.
