No. 21 Jennies Golf in Second after Day One of MIAA Women's Championship

KEARNEY, Neb. -- No. 21-ranked University of Central Missouri Jennies Golf sits in second place after day one of the MIAA Women's Golf Championship at Meadowlark Hills Sunday, Apr. 13. The Jennies shot an 18-hole total of 311 (+27). No. 25 Rogers State is currently in the lead after posting an 18-hole total of 310 (+26).

Junior Libby Green led the Jennies scoring and sits in a tie at the top of the leaderboard after firing an 18-hole total of 72 (+1), junior Mia Rallo sits in a tie for fourth after firing an 18-hole total of 76 (+5).
Sophomore Maya McVey currently sits in a tie for 28th after posting an 18-hole score of 81 (+10), senior Nicole Rallo sits in a tie for 32nd after posting an 18-hole score of 82 (+11), and redshirt junior Kiki Bruner is currently in a tie for 39th after shooting an 18-hole score of 83 (+12), to round out the Jennies scoring.

Freshman Reece Nimmo is competing as an individual and is currently in a tie for 59th after posting a first-round score of 88 (+17).

The Jennies will play the second round of the 54-hole tournament Monday, April 13.
