KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Central Missouri Jennies volleyball team had six players earn All-MIAA honors, including three first-team selections, one second-team nod, and two honorable-mention recipients, announced by the conference office on Wednesday, Nov. 19.

Winkelmann, a native of Rhineland, Mo., earns First Team All-MIAA honors after being a two-time Honorable Mention selection for the Jens. She led the team with 520 digs on the year, averaging 5.36 digs per set, adding 86 assists, and a team-best 32 service aces for good measure. The redshirt senior has collected double-digit digs in 26 matches this season, including a season-high 33 against No. 20 Missouri Western (Nov. 7). Winkelmann enters play Thursday in St. Joseph in sole possession of sixth place in program history with 1,904 career digs.
Ziesman, a native of Shawnee, Kan., earns her second First Team All-MIAA nod after posting a team-leading 94 blocks overall, averaging 1.06 blocks per set, while being one of four Jens to appear in 89 or more sets and start 25 matches in 2025. Rachel has recorded double-digit kills in 11 matches, including a season-best 16 kills in the victory over No. 1 Central Oklahoma (Oct. 4) in Edmond en route to earning MIAA Offensive Athlete of the Week honors. Ziesman has five or more total blocks in eight matches in 2025, highlighted by 10 blocks against Ouachita Baptist (Sept. 19) in the opening match of the 2025 Comfort Inn Invitational inside the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center in Warrensburg.
After sitting out last season due to injury, Siron earns First Team All-MIAA honors after leading the Jens with 331.5 points and 288 kills, averaging 3.06 kills per set, adding 27 service aces for good measure. The Sedalia, Mo. native has recorded 11 double-double performances on the season, along with double-digit kills in 14 matches, including a season-best 19 on 45 swings (.311 attack percentage) and 16 digs against Findlay (Sept. 13) in the final match of the 2025 Comfort Inn Invitational, inside the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center in Warrensburg.
Baer, a native of Wesley Chapel, Fla., earns Second Team All-MIAA honors after leading Central Missouri with 1,066 assists, averaging 10.99 assists per set through 27 matches this season. The senior has recorded nine double-double performances on the year, highlighted by a match-high 52 assists and 12 digs against No. 20 Missouri Western (Nov. 7) in Warrensburg. Baer earned MIAA Setter of the Week honors after a match-high 47 assists and 11 digs in the winning effort over No. 1 Central Oklahoma (Oct. 4) inside Hamilton Field House in Edmond.
McDonald, a native of Lee's Summit, Mo., earns her second consecutive All-MIAA Honorable Mention award, and first as a Jen after recording 85 total blocks, which ranks second on the team, adding 296 points, 229 kills, and a .307 hitting percentage. McDonald has posted five or more blocks in nine matches, while having 12 matches with double-digit kills for good measure. In the winning effort at No. 1 Central Oklahoma, the redshirt junior re-set her career-high mark of 16 kills on 28 swings (.500 hitting percentage), adding six total blocks, including two solo blocks.
Koski, a native of Parkville, Mo., received her first All-MIAA selection after posting the second-most kills on the team with 271, averaging 3.01 kills per set, while adding 85 digs and 39 total blocks on the year. The junior has recorded double-digit kills in 17 matches, including a season-best 20 kills on 49 attempts (.347 attack percentage) against Hillsdale (Sept. 12), while recording a season-high five blocks and 18 kills on 44 swings (.364 hitting percentage) against Drury (Nov. 4) inside O'Reilly Family Events Center in Springfield, Mo.
No. 6 Central Missouri takes on No. 3 Washburn (24-3, 13-3 MIAA) in the opening round of the 2025 MIAA Volleyball Championships, beginning Thursday, Nov. 20, at 2:30 p.m. from the St. Joseph Civic Arena in downtown St. Joseph, Mo.
