DENTON, Texas -- No. 16-ranked University of Central Missouri Jennies Golf moved up to sixth place after the second round of the DBU Classic at Wildhorse Golf Club Monday, Sept. 16. The Jennies shot an 18-hole total of 292 (+4) to bring their 36-hole total to 586 (+10). No. 1-ranked Dallas Baptist University is currently leading the tournament at 561 (-15), while no. 2-ranked Flagler and no. 6-ranked St. Mary's University currently share a tie for third place with a 36-hole combined score of 580 (+4).
Mia Rallo led the Jennies scoring with an 18-hole round score of 73 (+1), to finish in a tie for tenth at Even par, while junior
Libby Green is currently in a tie for 21st after posting an 18-hole round score of 75 (+3) bringing her 36-hole total to 147 (+3).
Sophomore
Maya McVey (75,74),
Nicole Rallo (76,73), and
Kiki Bruner (77,72) are currently in a tie for 33rd after the first two rounds with a 36-hole total of 149 (+5)
The Jennies will play the final round of the three-day tournament Tuesday, Sept. 17.
