WARRENSBURG, Mo. – The 2024 MIAA Regular Season Champion Central Missouri Mules baseball team has earned the top seed in the NCAA-II Central Region and will host a four-team regional tournament May 16-19 at Crane Stadium/Tompkins Field in Warrensburg, the NCAA announced Sunday, May 12.
The Mules will be one of two hosts for the four-team regional tournaments. UCM and the No. 2 seed Missouri Southern, will each host.
The winners of each regional will then meet in a best-of-three Super Regional series at the site of the highest remaining seed May 24-25.
The team advancing out of the Super Regional will earn a spot in the NCAA-II College World Series June 1-8 in Cary, N.C.
Central Missouri will face eighth-seeded Minnesota State Thursday, May 16, at 2 p.m. CT in the opening round of the regional.
The other first round contest will be Thursday at 6 p.m. and will feature No. 4 seed Augustana (S.D.) vs. No. 5 seed Central Oklahoma.
The tournament, which is double-elimination, will continue through Saturday, May 18, unless an if-necessary game seven is forced, which will be played Sunday, May 19.

Parking:
Parking is available in the lot immediately to the north and at the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center to the east of Crane Stadium/Tompkins Field. Please refrain from parking in the apartment complex parking lot to the north of Crane Stadium/Tompkins Field. In addition, parking is available at the Diamond Club apartment complex lot to the west of Crane Stadium/Tompkins Field.
Fans who park in Diamond Club Apartments may not leave any trash in the parking lot. Please dispose of your trash appropriately.
