ST. PAUL, Minn. – Four members of the MIAA Regular Season and Tournament Champion Central Missouri Mules baseball team were voted to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Central Region teams, the organization announced Wednesday, May 24.

Vance Tobol and sophomore right-handed reliever
JD McReynolds earned First Team All-Central Region honors while redshirt junior outfielder
Carter Young and sophomore right-handed starting pitcher
Conner Wolf garnered Second Team All-Central Region recognition.
A native of Rogers, Ark., Tobol hit .351 with 71 hits, 54 runs, 13 doubles, four triples, 12 homers, a team-best 64 RBI, a .634 slugging percentage, 22 walks and 14 stolen bases in 56 games and 54 starts this season.
McReynolds, who hails from Sullivan, Mo., posted a 1.08 ERA and went a perfect 5-0 with six saves in 23 appearances out of the bullpen in 2023. He gave up just four earned runs on 13 hits with 51 strikeouts and only 11 walks in 33 1/3 innings.
A native of Lee's Summit, Mo., Young posted a .361 batting average with a team-best 83 hits, going along with 60 runs, 13 doubles, three triples, 16 home runs, 61 RBI, a .652 slugging percentage, 27 walks and 11 stolen bases in 56 games and starts this season.
Wolf, a native of Tipton, Mo., went 11-3 with a 3.90 ERA and one complete game in 16 appearances and starts on the mound in 2023. He surrendered just 36 earned runs on 73 hits with 71 strikeouts and only 16 walks in a team-high 83 innings pitched.
The Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-America and All-Region Baseball Teams are sponsored by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA). The teams are voted on by the members of D2SIDA, NCAA Division II Sports Information Directors Association.
The Division II Conference Commissioners Association encourages and promotes Division II athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a key communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact Division II intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA Division II member colleges and universities.
