INDIANAPOLIS -- No. 25-ranked Central Missouri Jennies golf is ranked second in the latest NCAA Division II Central Region rankings released late Friday, March 31.
The Jennies, along with the rest of the MIAA, the Northern Sun (NSIC) and the Great American Conference (GAC) comprise the Central Region. The top nine teams in the final rankings will advance to play in the NCAA-II regional championship scheduled for May 8-10 at Grand Falls Casino and Gof Resort in Larchwood, Iowa.Â
Henderson State out of the GAC is the top team in the region this week, with the Jennies at number two and fellow MIAA member Rogers State at three, rounding out the top-three teams.
Central Missouri is scheduled to return to action April 10-11 at the Virginia Laas Invitational at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Joplin, Mo.
