JONESBORO, Ark. – No. 17-ranked Central Missouri Jennies bowling went 2-1 on the final day of the Arkansas State Mid-Winter Classic to secure an 11th place finish out of 17 teams for the event Sunday, Feb. 19, at the Hijinx Bowling Center.
The Jennies are scheduled to compete at the Nebraska Big Red Classic March 3-5 in Lincoln, Neb.
Central Missouri compiled an overall record of 6-7 and a team pinfall average of 192.67 for the three-day tournament.
Cayla Bortz paced the Jennies individually, compiling a 201.1 average while
Norma Alicia Romero Alarid was second-best on the team with a 200.1 average.
No. 1-ranked McKendree won the event.
