FIRST PITCH 
  • Central Missouri begins the 2023 season at the Alvy Early Memorial Tournament in Bentonville, Ark. on Saturday, Feb. 11 and Sunday, Feb. 12.
  • The Jennies are scheduled to play four games over the course of two days beginning on Saturday, Feb. 11, against Arkansas-Monticello (11:00 a.m.) and Arkansas Tech (1:30 p.m.) followed by a pair of games on Sunday, Feb. 12, against Harding (11:00 a.m.) and Henderson State (1:30 p.m.)

SERIES HISTORY
  • Arkansas-Monticello: The Jens hold a 6-0 advantage all-time against the Blossoms including an 11-5 win in 2020.
  • Arkansas Tech: The Golden Suns lead the all-time series 7-4 last meeting in 2021 with a 3-0 UCM victory.
  • Harding: The Bison hold a 2-1 advantage in the all-time series with the last meeting coming in 2018.
  • Henderson State: The Reddies lead the all-time series 8-6 with the last meeting coming in 2020 as UCM won the game 7-2.
 
UCM DURING THE ANDERSON ERA
  • Susan Anderson enters her 17th season as head coach of the Jennies where she is the second winningest coach in program history with a record of 470-355 (.570).
  • Since her return to Warrensburg in 2006, Anderson has made 13 MIAA tournament appearances, five regional tournament appearances and one Elite Eight appearance.
  • The 2015 Regional Coach of the Year has been named MIAA Coach of the Year three times in her career (twice named as head coach of the Jens) while coaching 17 first team All-MIAA selections, eight All-Region selections, two All-Americans and one MIAA MVP.
