  • Central Missouri Jennies softball (8-17, 2-2 MIAA) is scheduled to host six games, including two MIAA doubleheaders and a non-conference twin bill, March 25, 26 and 29 at Jennies Field at the South Recreation Complex. The Jennies welcome the Emporia State Hornets (12-16, 1-3 MIAA) for an MIAA twin bill Friday, March 25, at 3 p.m. before entertaining the Washburn Ichabods (20-11, 2-2 MIAA) in an MIAA DH Saturday, March 26, at 1 p.m. UCM is slated to wrap up its homestand with a 3 p.m. doubleheader Tuesday, March 29, against the Rockhurst Hawks (8-14, 3-5 GLVC).
  • The Jennies are coming off a 1-3 record in the Fairfield Inn and Suites Classic March 19-20 in Warrensburg. The Jennies defeated No. 10 Augustana (S.D.), 8-7 in nine innings Saturday, while falling to St. Cloud State twice, 5-4 and 4-2 in eight innings, and Augustana Sunday, March 20, 12-0 in five innings.
