(KANSAS CITY, Mo.) - Beginning the MIAA Football Media Day in Kansas City, MIAA Commissioner Mike Racy unveiled the 2021 coaches and media polls.
Central Missouri ranks among the top in each poll having been voted to a second-place tie with Fort Hays State in the coaches poll with each team receiving one first-place vote and 105 points apiece. In the media poll, Mules Football earned the outright spot at second with 124 points and one first-place vote.
Mules Football will open the new season at home on Thursday, September 2nd against Pittsburg State with a 7 p.m. kickoff. The league's kick-off date will mark 656 days since the last MIAA football competition and will begin an 11-game conference schedule. To view the Mules' complete schedule, click here:
