Ethan Pinsky Hired as New Director of Operations for Mules Football

WARRENSBURG, Mo. – University of Central Missouri Mules Football Head Coach Josh Lamberson announced on Thursday, April 2, that Ethan Pinsky has been hired as the program's new Director of Football Operations.

Pinsky comes to Warrensburg after serving as a Football Operations Graduate Assistant at Boston College in Boston, Mass., for the past two seasons.

"I am fired up to welcome Ethan to University of Central Missouri Mules Football as our Director of Operations. He brings tremendous energy, organization, and vision to this role, and I have complete confidence in his ability to elevate every aspect of our program. As we went through the interview process, Ethan continued to separate himself from other candidates with his skill and competencies in all aspects of this position," Lamberson said. "His impact will be felt by our student-athletes, coaches, support staff, administration, alumni, and fans as we continue to build something special. This is a big-time addition for our program."

While at Boston College, Pinsky helped coordinate all team travel logistics, including but not limited to ground and air transportation, and lodging; served as the Assistant Director for seven summer camps, coordinating 64 staff members and managing 3,000+ campers; and assisted with preparing scouting reports for games and prospective student-athlete recruiting visits. During the program's trip to the Pinstripe Bowl, he was selected to be a member of the advance team.

Before his time at Boston College, Pinsky was a Football Operations Student Assistant at UMass in Amherst, Mass., from 2021-2024.

He also assisted with summer program operations at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass., during the summer of 2025.

A native of Manlius, New York, Pinsky graduated from UMass in 2024 with dual bachelor's degrees in Sport Management and Marketing, and earned his master's degree in Sports Administration from Boston College in 2025.
