LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- University of Central Missouri Jennies softball had 13 student-athletes named 2020-21 Easton/NFCA Division II All-America Scholar Athletes, the National Fastpitch Coaches' Association (NFCA) announced Tuesday, Oct. 4.

Bailee Bryant,
Ashlyn Cook,
Abbey Fischer,
Makenzie McAtee,
Brenlyn McCoy,
Aubrie McRoberts,
Taylor Nickel,
Lexi Parks,
Sadie Parks,
Carson Staponski and
Gentry Wishard all earned Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete honors for their performances in the classroom in 2020-21.
As a team, the 2020-21 Jennies finished 42nd out of 95 NCAA Division II softball programs in the rankings with a cumulative GPA of 3.56 in the 2021-21 academic year.
The team rankings and individual honors are submitted by member head coaches and recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association's membership categories.
As a whole, NCAA Division II softball had 1,727 student-athletes post a GPA of 3.5 or better for 2020-21.
