Box Score WARRENSBURG, Mo. (March 9, 2019) - On a windy afternoon in Warrensburg, the baseball was flying out of the ballpark. The Mules were able to build a lead, but Central Oklahoma scored seven runs in the final two innings to steal an 11-10 win. The loss puts UCM at 13-6 and 6-2 in the MIAA.
Play-by-Play.
• There wasn't any scoring in the first two innings.
Donovan Ditto started a 443 double-play to get
Mason Green out of the second inning.
• A two-out RBI in the third gave the Bronchos a 1-0 lead.
• The Mules responded with a two-out rally of their own in the bottom half of the inning. After a walk and a single,
Harrison Schnurbusch one-hopped the wall in left center for a two-RBI double.
• Green couldn't make it out of the fourth though and an infield single tied the game at two-apiece.
• The Mules took advantage of 10 Broncho wild pitches on the day. In the fourth, Ditto drew a walk and made it all the way around the bases on three wild pitches to score the Mules third run of the game.
• Central Oklahoma led off the fifth with a single and a double to tie the game and a two-out error in the sixth gave the Bronchos a 4-3 lead.
• The Mules finally strung together some hits and scored three in the bottom half of the inning. Ditto bounced a single over the third baseman's head to score
Micah Evans tying the game at four. He scored his second run on a wild pitch to take the lead and Janvrin's sacrifice fly made it a 6-4 lead.
• Evans gave UCM their largest lead, 8-4, with a two-run home run to left in the seventh inning.
• But in the eighth, UCO hit a pair of two-run home runs to tie the game at eight-all.

Erik Webb though gave the Mules the lead right back,10-8, with a long two-run shot of his own in the bottom half of the inning.
• The first three batters of the ninth all reached base for UCO and eventually came around to score. A single made it a 10-9 game, then with one out, another single drove in two Bronchos to give them an 11-10 lead.
• Central Missouri went down in order in the bottom of the ninth and the Bronchos evened the series at one game apiece.

• Taylor Avila scored three times and reached with a hit and two walks.
• Kace Massner took two turns at bat and was 2-2 with two runs and two RBI.
• Paul Scott reached base four times with two hits, two walks, two runs and two RBI.
• Spencer VanScoyoc started and threw 3.2 innings giving up three runs on two hits with five walks.
• Junior Obeso got the win despite allowing two runs on three hits.
• Josh Rutland earned the save with a 1-2-3 ninth.
