As a Redshirt Junior: Appeared in 21 games making 20 starts, mostly as the designated hitter ... Was all over the Mules and the MIAA leader board through 74 at bats ... Was hitting .378 with a .410 on-base percentage and .784 slugging percentage before the season was cut short ... Was in the MIAA top-five in runs scored with 26 and RBI having driven in 28 ... Of his 28 hits, half went for extra bases with five doubles, two triples and seven home runs ... Despite 159 fewer at bats, matched his single-season high for home runs with seven ... Was one of three Mules with double-figure multi-hit games accomplishing that in 10 games ... Had seven games with multiple RBI, second-most on the Mules ... Hit .429 with runners in scoring position and shared the team lead with eight two-out RBI ... Finished the year on a tear hitting home runs in five straight games, including two in the final game of the season against Fort Hays State with seven RBI (March 12) ... Over his final five games, hit .500 with 11 hits in 22 at bats, 13 runs scored, 14 RBI, one double and six home runs ... Once again made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll. 

As a Redshirt Sophomore: Was one of only two Mules to start all 62 games, 57 of them at third base ... Hit .313 for the year and made the All-MIAA Third Team at third base ... Was fourth on the team and seventh in the MIAA with 73 hits which, 19 of which went for extra bases with 12 doubles and seven home runs ... Scored 62 runs, third in the MIAA and drove in 48, sixth in the league, setting career-highs in both categories ... Picked up at least two hits in 21 games and multiple RBI in 13 games ... Drove in four runs in a game against Arkansas Tech (Apr. 9) and scored four times against Fort Hays State (Apr. 27) ... Excelled leading off innings, reaching base in 48% of his plate appearances to start an inning ... Finished the year on 14-game hitting streak and had a .418 on-base percentage for the season ... Led the Mules and was third in the MIAA with 38 walks ... Made the All-World Series Team in Cary picking up a hit in each game and going 10-19 with five runs, four RBI, and three stolen bases ... Made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for the third consecutive year. 

As a Redshirt Freshman: Took over the starting shortstop job and played all 56 games with 55 starts … Hit .312 with 59 hits and a .407 on base percentage … Led UCM with 26 walks … Scored 50 runs and drove in 31 while collecting 10 doubles, one triple and four home runs … Knocked 15 multi-hit games including five three-hit games … Saw his production increase in the postseason as he led the Mules with a .467 average, .564 on base percentage and .733 slugging percentage in eight games with 14 hits, five doubles, a home run and 12 runs scored … When leading off an inning, reached base in 23 of 48 opportunities, 48% of the time … Had a career-high three RBI at Washburn (March 4) … Went 3-4 with two doubles, two RBI and three runs in an NCAA postseason win over St. Cloud State (May 18) … Made the All-MIAA team as an Honorable Mention at Shortstop … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

As a Freshman: Redshirted 2017 season and did not appear in any games ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

In High School: Played his high school ball for head coach Jay Meyer at Lee's Summit West ... helped the Titans to three district championships and a spot in the 2016 state tournament.

Personal: Son of Chris and Julie Schnurbusch ... majoring in Business Management ... His dad, Chris, played baseball for the Mules from 1984-87.
