2023-24
Cross Country: Competed in four meets for the Mules... Had a 12th place finish at the Brian T. Simpson Invitational (Oct. 7) with a time of 25:37.82... Finished in 25th place at the MIAA Cross Country Championships (Oct. 20) with a time of 25:25.7... Ran the 10k at the Central Region Championships in 33:14.33. 

Indoor Track & Field: Ran in four meets for the Mules... Placed sixth in the 3k at the UCM Invitational (Jan. 19) with a time of 9:00.89... Had a personal-best 3k time of 8:48.99 at the Washburn Open (Feb. 2) finishing in 18th place... Ran the 5k at the MIAA Indoor Championships (Feb. 24) in 14:57.35 earning sixth place... Had a personal-best 5k time of 14:56.35 at the Indoor Gorilla Classic (Feb. 9). 

Outdoor Track & Field: Placed fifth in te 3000m steeplechase at the David Suenram Gorilla Classic (April 6) with a time of 10:04.79. 

2022-23
Cross Country: Redshirted... Did not compete. 

Indoor Track: Competed in four meets for the Mules... Placed ninth in the 3k at the UCM Invite (Jan. 20) with a time of 9:21.12... Ran a 4:41.11 mile at the UCM Mule Relays (Jan. 27) placing 13th... Finished in sixth place in the 5k at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 2) in 15:41.16. 

Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Mules... Ran a season-best 10:04.05 3000-meter steeplechase at the UCM Mule Relays (April 14) finishing in third place... Finished in fourth place at the Pittsburg State Tune-Up (April 22) in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:10.12... Placed 15th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the MIAA Championships (May 5) with a time of 10:05.88.  

Prior to UCM

2020-21
Outdoor Track: Posted a time of 4:19.90 in the 1,500m run at the Oral Roberts Invitational. 

Indoor Track: Ran a 4:30.25 in the mile and a 9:05.50 in the 3K at the Wichita State Invite in his only meet of the season. 

2019-20
Cross Country: Ran in the American Athletic Conference Championships and placed 45th in the 8K event. 

In High School: Was a three time All-State and eight time All-Conference selection for the Tigers under head coach Kacy Stuber... Led the Tigers to four conference and two district championships... Holds the school record in the 3200 meter run with a time of 9:20. 

Personal: Son of Brett & Angela Palmer...Both parents ran cross country and track for then Central Missouri State... His sister Shelby ran cross country and track at Missouri State... His brother Cooper runs cross country and track at UCM... Majoring in Biology
