2022-23
Cross Country: Ran in five meets for the Mules... Posted a top-10 finish at the Broder War XC Championships (Oct. 7) with a time of 26:30.5 placing eighth... Ran a season-best 8k time of 26:06.7 at the MIAA XC Championships (Nov. 5).   

Indoor Track: Competed in six meets for the Mules... Had a second place finish in 3k meter run at the 2023 Friday Night Lights (Feb. 17) with a time of 8:49.75...Finished seventh in the 3k meter run at the Central Missouri Invite (Jan. 20) crossing the finish line at 9:04.80... Posted a season-best 8:49.23 in the 3k meter run at the MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 24-26) with a time of 8:49.23. 

Outdoor Track: Ran in four meets for the Mules... Placed fourth in the 10k meter run with a personal-best time of 32:55.74 at the UCM Mule Relays (Apr. 14)... Ran the 10k meter run in 34:16.6 at the MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 5-7) good enough for 21st place. 


2021-22
Cross Country: Ran in five meets for the Mules... Ran the four mile in 22:50 at the SBU Cross Country Invite earning 56th place... Finished the Fort Hays State Tiger Open 8K with a season-best 27:46.

Indoor Track: Ran in two meets for the Mules... Ran the 3K at the UCM Invite crossing the finish line in 10:02.38... Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that placed eighth at the UCM Relays in a time of 3:46.44. 

Outdoor Track: Ran in four meets for the Mules... Ran a personal-best 3K at the Southwest Baptist Invitational in 9:42.16 earning 10th place... Finished in fifth place in the 5K at the Pittsburg State University Tune-Up with a time of 17:19.92. 

In High School: Was a two-time All-State selection and four-time state qualifier in cross country under head coach Lee Smith... Was a six-time All-Conference selection and one-time state qualifier in track... Ran a personal best 5K in 17:02, 1600m in 5:00, and 3,200m in 10:18. Was also a four year letter winner in basketball... Graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the A Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.
