2022-23
Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the Jennies... Had a pair of sixth place finishes including a time of 19:15.9 in the 5k at the SBU Bearcat Open (Oct. 21) and a time of 20:00.6 in the 5k at the Broder War XC Championships (Oct. 7)... Finished in 26th place at the MIAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 5) finishing the 6k at 22:22.3. 

Indoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Jennies... Earned a pair of top-five finishes at the Central Missouri Invite (Jan. 20) including a first place finish in the mile with a time of 5:19.62 and the 4x400m relay (third place)... Finished in third place in the 800m run at the Friday Night Lights Last Chance Meet (Feb. 17) in 2:13.54... Scored five points in the 800m run at the MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 2:12.55. 

Outdoor Track: Competed in eight meets for the Jennies... Had a pair of first place finishes in the 1500m at the Bobcat Invitational (March 30) with a time of 4:54.54 and the Pittsburg State Tune-Up (April 22) in 4:42.40... Scored two points for UCM in the 800m run at the MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 7) with a time of 2:17.89...  Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that took home first place at the Drake Relays (April 26) in 9:01.46...  Had a second place finish in the 800m run with a personal-best time of 2:11.59 at the Loper Twilight (May 13). 

2021-22: Finished eighth as part of the Distance Medley Relay at the MIAA Indoor Championships with a time of 12:39.52 and was 12th in the 800m run with a time of 2:18.40 ... Placed ninth in the 800 at the MIAA Outdoor Championships, running 2:14.50...Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.
