Cross Country: One of four Jennies to compete in all six meets... Had a second place finish in the 5k at the Broder War XC Championships (Oct. 7) with a time of 19:46.6... Had a pair of 22nd place finishes at the Gans Creek Classic (Sept. 30) in 23:39.8 and the SBU Bearcat Invite (Oct. 21) with a time of 20:12.7... Ran a personal-best 6k at the MIAA Cross Country Championships (Nov. 5) in 22:51.4. 

Indoor Track: Competed in four meets for the Jennies... Had a pair of top-10 finishes at the Central Missouri Invite (Jan. 20) including fourth place finish in the 800m run with a time of 2:25.55 and a seventh place finish in the 4x400m relay in 4:32.19... Finished ninth in the mile run at the Bearcat Invite (Feb. 2) with a time of 5:24.47... Competed in the DMR at the MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships. 

Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Jennies... Had a pair of top-10 performances at the 15th Annual David Suenram Gorilla Classic (April 8) including a sixth place finish in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:06.72 and a ninth place finish with a personal-best time of 2:23.68 in the 800m run... Had a third place finish in the 800m run at the Pittsburg State Tune-Up (April 22) with a time of 2:24.41... Finished in 17th place at the MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 1500m run at 4:56.83.    

In High School: Was a three-time KSHAA All-State Track & Field performer for the Bison... Awarded All-Region honors for Cross Country in 2022 for head coach Aaron Davidson. 

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Tonya Belgum... Majoring in Agriculture Science.
