2023: Started all 54 games for the Jennies at short stop... Batted a career and team-best .366 while leading the MIAA in triples (six)... Ranked second in runs scored (57) en route to All-MIAA Second Team honors... Had the 10th best slugging percentage (.638) in the MIAA ... Fischer's 1.085 OPS ranked 10th in the conference... Recorded the only multi-homer game of her career on Senior Day against Fort Hays State (April 16) in back-to-back at bats with a three-run homer to tie the game in the fifth and a walk-off two-run shot in the seventh... Fischer's 13 career triples ranks fourth-best in program history... Ranks fourth all-time in runs scored with 129... Named a CSC (College Sports Communicators) Academic All-District® member.  

2022: Started 39 games for the Jennies... Batted .282 in 117 plate appearances scoring 22 runs and drove in 17... Had three hits against Rockhurst (March 29) and drove in three while scoring twice against William Jewell (April 26)... Earned MIAA Academic Honor Roll honors... Named an Easton / NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete for her efforts in the classroom. 

2021: Started all 52 games for the Jennies earning All-MIAA Second Team honors... Had the third most hits in the MIAA (59)... Scored the fifth-most runs in the conference (39)... Finished the season tied for the third-most triples (four) in the MIAA... Stole the fifth-most bases (21) in the conference... Led the team in batting average (.345), at-bats (171), hits (59), triples (four), total bases (96), and steals (21)... Recorded three hits against Concordia-St. Paul (March 21) and three runs scored against Nebraska-Kearney (March 10)... Drove in two RBI against Washburn (May 3) and stole two bases against Lincoln (May 1)... Earned the MIAA Scholar Athlete Award... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll... Earned the Easton / NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete Award... Named to the CSC (College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® for her efforts in the classroom. 

2020: The 2020 season was canceled after 17 games due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Started all 17 games for the Jennies at shortstop...In 44 at-bats she recorded 10 hits, 9 RBI and scored 11 runs...Recorded a game-high of three hits on three at bats and scored three runs against William Jewell.

In High School: Played four years at Shawnee Heights High School under Head Coach Tara Griffith... Was a 2017 and 2018 state champion and a 2016 state runner-up... Three-time letter winner, two-time All-Conference and All-State selection... Also a three-time letter winner and All-Conference player in volleyball... 2016 Volleyball State Champion... Three-year National Honors Society member and graduated in the top-5 percent of her class.
