2024: Appeared in 44 games making 41 starts for the Jens primarily at first base... Newton finished the season with a .236 batting average recording five multi-hit games including a season-best three against St. Cloud State (Feb. 25)... Breanna's 14 RBIs was the third-most by a Jen highlighted by a three RBI outing against Nebraska-Kearney (April 12)... Newton earned the Easton / NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete, CSC Academic All-District®, MIAA Academic Excellence, and MIAA Academic Honor Roll awards for her work in the classroom. 

2023: Appeared in six games making one start for the Jens... Had one RBI against Ouachita Baptist (Feb. 18) and one run scored against Wayne State (Neb.) in six at-bats... Earned the Easton / NFCA All-America Scholar Athlete Award for her work in the classroom. 

Prior to UCM: Played in 104 games over two seasons for the Warriors... Batted .365 with 57 extra base hits including 28 home runs while driving in 107... Was a member of two ICCAC Conference and NJCAA Region XI Championship teams. 

High School: Was a 2020 Second Team MAC All-Conference selection for head coach Bob Matthhys... Helped the Bulldogs to the state tournament in 2020 while having a .344 batting average, eight home runs, and a .722 slugging percentage. 

Personal: Daughter of Scott and Michelle Newton... Majoring in Criminal Justice and Criminology.
