2021-22: Did not compete during the indoor season...Finished 14th in the 400m dash at the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 58.16...MIAA Academic Honor Roll selection. 

2020-21: Placed ninth at the MIAA Indoor Championships in the 600-yard run with a time of 1:27.36...Was a member of the MIAA runner-up 4x400m relay team that tallied a time of 3:50.95...Was a member of the 4x400m relay that finished seventh at the NCAA-II Indoor Championships with a time of 3:50.94...Placed sixth in the 400m dash at the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 57.22...Was on the 12th-place finishing 4x400m relay team at the NCAA-II Outdoor Championships...MIAA Academic Honor Roll, Scholar-Athlete and Academic Excellence Award recipient.

2019-20: Redshirted after transferring from Washburn, did not compete ... Earned the MIAA Academic Excellence Award and was on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll ... Outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.  

Before UCM: Set the Washburn school record in the 400m in a time of 58.34 at the Tjeerdsma Classic to open the 2018-19 indoor season … had seven top 10 finishes overall … had a season-best third-place finish at the MSSU Open in a time of 59.59. 

In High School: As a senior she was the 3A state champion in the 400m in a time of 56.94 also winning the regional and league titles … finished fifth in the 100m at the state meet … named all-metro … finished sixth at the 3A state meet in the 400m as a junior … also participated in volleyball, basketball and swimming … named class Valedictorian and a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Andrew and Heather Thiel … Majoring in Dietetics.
