In 2019: Had a breakout season and led the MIAA in sacks with 10, tied for the fourth-most in a single season at UCM ... Became the first Mule in five years to make the All-MIAA First Team as a defensive lineman ... Totaled 44 tackles with 11 going for a loss and six quarterback hurries ... Forced four fumbles and recovered two ... Had a season-high three sacks against Washburn (Sept. 28) and forced two fumbles while recovering one and earned the MIAA Defensive Player of the Week award ... Was the MIAA Special Teams Player of the Week at Nebraska-Kearney (Nov. 2) after blocking a potential Loper game-winning field goal with less than 20 seconds left in a tie game ...Recorded a season-high six tackles with 1.5 sacks and a forced fumble against Central Oklahoma (Oct. 12) ... Totaled three sacks in two NCAA Postseason games, coming up with two against Ferris State (Nov. 30) and one against Indianapolis (Nov. 23) ... Made the Don Hansen All-Region Second Team.
In 2018: Appeared in nine games making seven starts on the defensive line ... Made 24 tackles with 14 solo stops ... Picked up sacks in back-to-back games against Northeastern State (Sept. 6) and Missouri Western (Sept. 15) ... Set a career-best with six tackles against Northwest Missouri (Nov. 10) ... Recovered two fumbles during the season ... Of his 24 tackles, 3.5 went for a loss.
In 2017: Played in three games as a backup defensive lineman before an injury cut short his season … Rotated in in each of the first three games and had five tackles and 0.5 sacks … Recorded his first career interception against Missouri Western (Sept. 16) … Had three tackles and 0.5 sacks in the Mules season opener against Pittsburg State (Aug. 31).
In 2016: Played in six games as a true freshman, registering six total tackles and a tackle for loss ... had season-high three tackles in the season-opening win at Pittsburg State ... captured his first career sack in the home-opening win over Fort Hays State ... named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.
In High School: Was a First Team All-Conference, All-City, All-Region and Second Team All-State honoree on the defensive line for head coach Matt Tabor and Benton High School … was an Honor Roll student and a member of the National Honor Society.
