2023: Saw action in all 13 games...Had a team-high 77 total tackles, including 31 solo and 46 assisted tackles...Had a team-best 10.5 tackles-for-loss for 44 yards and 2.5 sacks for 23 yards...Had an interception at Missouri Western Aug. 31...Compiled a season-best 10 tackles against Pittsburg State Sept. 16.Â
2022: Played in 11 games, posting 55 total tackles, including 28 solo and 27 assisted tackles...Had eight tackles-for-loss for 13 yards and one sack for two yards...Tallied an interception against Washburn Sept. 8 and forced a fumble against Central Oklahoma Nov. 12...Had a season-high 10 tackles at Emporia State Oct. 8.
2021: Played in eight games...Had 21 tackles, including 13 solo and eight assisted...Compiled three tackles-for-loss for 20 yards...Had two sacks for 17 yards lost...Tallied two pass breakups...Had a forced fumble vs. Emporia State Oct. 9...Had a season-best four tackles each vs. Emporia State and at Lincoln Oct. 30.
High School:Â A big-time play maker on the defensive side of the ball, Miller was the conference Defensive Player of the Year as a senior along with making the All-State Team. Miller played just two years at Mt. Vernon High School under coach Tom Cox, but made the All-Conference team both years on both defense as a linebacker and offense as a wide receiver. Mt. Vernon was also conference champions in both of Miller's seasons, making it to the State Final Four in 2018. Miller made the All-Conference team in three sports at Mt. Vernon, also doing so in baseball and basketball in addition to football. He is a three-year member of the National Honor Society and will be graduating Summa Cum Laude.
