In 2018: Played in six games in the secondary ... Made three stops, all solo tackles ... Played in his first career game and made his first career tackle against Northeastern State (Sept. 6) ... Had two tackles in a win over Missouri Southern (Sept. 29) ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In 2017: Redshirted in 2017, did not compete … Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom.

In High School: Hentges was an All-Conference player on offense, defense and special teams for head coach Larry Laubenstein at St. Paul Lutheran High School … also earned All-District honors on offense and defense and was an All-State honoree as a kick returner … also lettered in track and baseball, earning All-Conference and All-District honors in baseball and All-Conference, District, Sectional and State in track … was an Honor Roll student every semester of high school and a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Majoring in Physical Education … son of Allan and Rachel Hentges.
