2019 • Redshirt Junior: Surpassed 500 career kills and was fourth for the Jennies with 2.05 kills per set, totaling 209 for the year … Hit .185 for the year, a new career-high in attack percentage … Nine times hit 10 or more kills in a match with a season-best 16 coming against Missouri Western (Oct. 29) when she hit .500 with 16 kills and two errors on 28 attempts … Totaled 39 kills in four postseason games and led the Jennies with 144 attacks in postseason games … Started the year with double-digit kills in three of her first four games … Was third on the team with six solo blocks and totaled 25 for the year … Made the All-MIAA Honorable Mention team for the second time in her career and was an MIAA Scholar-Athlete … Earned MIAA Academic Honor Roll status for the fourth consecutive season. 

2018 • Redshirt Sophomore: Played in just 26 matches and 87 sets after an illness caused her to miss part of the season ... Still finished with 165 kills and shot .179 for the season ... Had eight matches with double-figure kills and a season-best 15 coming in the Jennies second match of the season against Arkansas Tech (Aug. 24) ... Helped out defensively with 35 blocks and 41 digs ... Named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2017 • Redshirt Freshman: Played in all 33 matches making 25 starts and appearing in 111 of 116 sets ... Finished fourth on the team with 253 kills and 2.28 kills per set … Had a hitting percentage of .170 for the season … Recorded at least 10 kills in nine matches with a 22-kill performance at Washburn, second-most in a game for a Jennie during the season … On defense, blocked 42 attacks with four solo blocks and 38 block assists … Picked up 57 digs and had 64 service receptions in 65 attempts … Named an All-MIAA Honorable Mention and was a MIAA Scholar-Athlete and named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2016 • Freshman: Redshirted during the 2016 season did not compete ... Named to MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

In High School: Three year volleyball letterwinner at Blue Valley Northwest for coach Molly Haggerty … Kansas Class 6A First Team All-State selection … Also a two-time member of the All-Eastern Kansas League team and All-State Tournament Team … Helped Blue Valley Northwest to three Sub-State championships and finished second in the class 6A volleyball tournament in 2013 and 2015 and third place in 2014 … Named to the 2015 Missouri/Kansas All Star Team … Also lettered four years in track and field where she is a two-time state champion in the high jump.

Personal: Daughter of Rex and Gretchen VanBuskirk … Majoring in Criminal Justice ... Also competes on the UCM Track and Field team in the multi-events.
