KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The No. 13 University of Central Missouri Mules Wrestling team's Karim Allal, Trey Dillow, No. 1  Damon Ashworth, and No. 7 Gage Bernall were named to the All-MIAA Wrestling teams announced by the conference office on Thursday, Feb. 26.

Allal, a transfer from Northeastern Oklahoma, was named All-MIAA First Team. The junior had a strong regular season, posting a 16-8 record, including wins over ranked opponents at 125 pounds. Allal also had success after placing in two tournaments and winning the Roger Denker Open title this year. The Grove, Okla., native had 39 team points and recorded seven falls during the regular season.

Dillow, a staple at 149 for the Mules, was also named to the All-MIAA First Team after holding a 26-8 record during the regular season. The redshirt freshman placed in one tournament and won the 149-pound title at the Roger Denker Open. 

At 165, Bernall, who is ranked seventh at 165 pounds in the latest NWCA Rankings, was named All-MIAA Second Team after compiling a 25-3 regular season record, including eight tech falls and nine major decisions. The redshirt senior won two titles, one at the Jim Koch Wisconsin Open and the second at the Denker Open. 

Ashworth, who has been ranked in the top two by the NWCA since the preseason rankings this season, was also named to the Conference's First team. The Senior, who is ranked No.1, has been a mainstay in the lineup, has only one loss on the season, and has recorded a 21-1 record. Ten of those wins have either been by fall or technical fall. The Excelsior Springs, Mo., native placed second at the Jim Koch Open and won at the Denker Open and Kaufman Brand Bayly for two tournament titles. 

Allal, Dillow, Bernall, Ashworth, and the rest of the No. 13 Mules head down to Edmond, Okla., for the 2026 NCAA-II Super Region IV Tournament, set for Sunday, March 1, at the Hamilton Field House.
