UCM Athletics Announces Promotions for Reynolds, Kliewer

WARRENSBURG, Mo. – University of Central Missouri Athletics announced on Thursday, Oct. 22, that former Director of Sales Dalton Reynolds has been promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Annual Giving, while former Director of Ticketing Bailey Kliewer has been elevated to Coordinator of Athletic Events.

"I am really glad both Bailey and Dalton are a part of our team, and I am excited to see what they can do in their new roles," UCM Deputy Athletics Director for External Relations Joe Thuente said. "Bailey has been the ultimate team player for us since her arrival earlier this year.  We had some unexpected departures from our staff not long after she was hired, and we put a lot on her right away to help fill the gap. She has been willing to do whatever we ask of her and hasn't backed away from trying her hand at many different things. She has proven to be a great event manager and has earned this opportunity."

"When the annual giving position opened up, Dalton was the first person who came to mind. As our ticket sales director, Dalton has already built relationships with some of our top donors, alums, fans, and community members. I think he'll elevate the Cardinal & Black Fund to the next level in his new role," Thuente added.

Kliewer was elevated to Coordinator of Athletic Events in September 2026 after serving as Director of Ticketing for UCM Athletics since April 2026.

In her new role, she will oversee several UCM Athletics annual events, including the UCM Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, the Celebrating Central Missouri Athletics Auction, Mules Baseball First Pitch Banquet, Mules Wrestling Legends Banquet, and various reunions, golf outings, and more for the Mules and Jennies. In addition, she will assist Reynolds with the UCM Athletics' Cardinal & Black Fund.

Prior to joining UCM, Kliewer was the Recreation Coordinator at the Harrisonville Community Center in Harrisonville, Mo.

Kliewer played college basketball for fellow MIAA institution Rogers State University in Claremore, Okla., from 2019-2023 and at Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo., in 2023-24. She was a three-year team captain at Rogers State and became just the fourth player in Rogers State history to score at least 1,000 career points, netting 1,065 points in 106 career games played for the Hillcats. Kliewer was named Honorable Mention All-MIAA in 2022-23.

Kliewer graduated from Rogers State with a bachelor's degree in sport management in 2023 and earned a master's degree in leadership at Truman State in 2025.

After her collegiate playing career, she spent a season playing professionally in Brunehaut, Belgium, in the Belgian Top Division.

Reynolds, who has served as the Director of Sales for UCM Athletics since August 2025, began his new role as Assistant AD for Annual Giving on Oct. 1, 2026.

As the Assistant AD for Annual Giving, Reynolds will oversee the Cardinal & Black Fund, UCM Athletics' primary fundraising arm.

As the Director of Sales for the Mules and Jennies, Reynolds helped execute ticket sales, oversee premium seating for Mules Football and Mules and Jennies Basketball, coordinate meetings with prospects to discuss partnership opportunities, assist with the renewal process for sponsorship contracts, and assist with the preparation of event planning and setup of premium hospitality areas. In addition, Reynolds regularly helped support UCM Athletics' Cardinal & Black Fund fundraising efforts.

Reynolds came to UCM after serving as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo., from 2023-2025. Before being elevated to Assistant Director of Ticket Operations, Reynolds was a student worker in the Mizzou Ticket Office beginning in 2018.

A native of Huntsville, Mo., Reynolds earned a bachelor's degree in parks, recreation, and sport with a minor in business from Mizzou in 2021 and received a master's degree in educational, school, and counseling psychology in 2023 from the University of Missouri.
