KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the second straight week, University of Central Missouri Jennies Soccer's
Mikayla Ernst has been voted the MIAA Women's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week, it was announced Tuesday, Sept. 23.
A junior forward from Raymore, Mo., Ernst became just the third player in program history to score a UCM single-match record four goals in the Jennies' 7-2 win over Harding on Sunday, Sept. 21. She added two goals in Central Missouri's 5-0, shutout victory over Ouachita Baptist on Friday, Sept. 19, to give her six goals on the week.
In total, Ernst posted six goals while dishing out one assist for 13 points in two matches.
She currently leads all of NCAA Division II in goals (8) and points (18) through six matches in 2025.
The Jennies are scheduled to open MIAA play with a pair of road matches at Northeastern State Friday, Sept. 26, and Rogers State Sunday, Sept. 28.
