MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. – The Central Missouri men's golf team wrapped up play at the Missouri Southern Fall Invitational on Tuesday, Oct. 21, at Shangri-La Resort, finishing fifth overall.
The Mules totaled 895 (307, 296, 292) for 31-over par across three rounds. Central Oklahoma claimed the team title at 10-under par 854 (293, 278, 283), while Washburn finished second at 23-over 887 (306, 297, 284) and Missouri Western placed third with 885 (313, 290, 282) for 27-over.
Nick Fallin led UCM with a tie for 18th, carding 223 (73, 73, 77) for 7-over par.
CJ Phillips and
Kale Flinton both tied for 21st at 224 going 8-over par. Phillips recorded rounds of 78, 75, 71, while Flinton finished with 78, 73, 73.
Lawson Barks tied for 24th at 225 for 9-over par after rounds of 78, 76, 71.
Jack Hope tied for 78th with 236 (81, 75, 80).
Competing individually,
Archer Schnieders tied for seventh with a 3-over par 219 (77, 69, 73).
Central Missouri closes out its fall schedule Oct. 27–28 at the Tulsa Cup at The Club at Indian Springs in Broken Arrow, Okla.
