MONKEY ISLAND, Okla.– The Central Missouri Mules Golf team sits in fifth place after completing two rounds on Monday, Oct. 20, of the Missouri Southern Fall Invite at Shangri-La Resort.
UCM carded a team score of 603, finishing 27-over par through 36 holes. Central Oklahoma leads the field at 5-under par, while Winona State and Missouri Western are tied for second at 24-over par when play was suspended due to darkness, leaving several teams with second-round holes to complete.
Nick Fallin led the Mules with a 2-over par 146, tying for fifth individually. Freshman
Kale Flinton is tied for 23rd at 151 for 7-over par, followed by
CJ Phillips tied in 35th going 9-over par totaling 153.
Lawson Barks posted a 154 for 10-over to tie for 43rd, and
Jack Hope sits tied for 50th going 12-over par with a 156.
Competing individually,
Archer Schnieders matched Fallin with a 146 for 2-over par, also tied for fifth.
The tournament will conclude Tuesday, Oct. 21, with the completion of round two followed by the third and final round.
