CLEVELAND, Ohio – Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Dr. Matt Howdeshell was recently appointed to the Division II Athletics Directors Association's (ADA) Board of Directors.
 
"I'm honored to be selected to represent the MIAA on this prestigious committee," Howdeshell said. "I'm excited to work with our colleagues nationally to further advance D-II Athletics and the student-athlete experience."
 
Howdeshell is the lone representative of the MIAA conference and is one of six new members to board for the 2024-25 membership year.
 
The D2 ADA is the first organization of its kind to provide educational and networking opportunities; enhancement of acceptable operating standards and ethics; and establishment of the overall prestige and understanding of the profession of Division II athletics directors.
 
The D2 ADA is administered by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), which is in its 60th year.
