FIRST PITCH 
  • Central Missouri is back in action for the HSU/OBU Tournament in Arkadelphia, Ark. with a pair of doubleheaders against Ouachita Baptist (Saturday, Feb. 18) and Henderson State (Sunday, Feb. 19).
  • The Jens are coming off the Alvy Early Memorial Tournament in Bentonville, Ark. where they split four games picking up victories against Arkansas-Monticello (5-2) and Henderson State (11-10) and falling to Arkansas Tech (5-1) and Harding (5-4). 
  
SERIES HISTORY
  • Ouachita Baptist: Saturday marks the fourth and fifth meetings between these two teams with Tigers holding a 2-1 advantage.
  • Henderson State: Sunday marks the 16th and 17th meetings between the two teams with Henderson State holding an 8-7 advantage. Both teams played last weekend in the Alvy Early Memorial Tournament where UCM came away with an 11-10 win.

  • Susan Anderson enters her 17th season as head coach of the Jennies where she is the second winningest coach in program history with a record of 470-355 (.570).
  • Since her return to Warrensburg in 2006, Anderson has made 13 MIAA tournament appearances, five regional tournament appearances and one Elite Eight appearance.
  • The 2015 Regional Coach of the Year has been named MIAA Coach of the Year three times in her career (twice named as head coach of the Jens) while coaching 17 first team All-MIAA selections, eight All-Region selections, two All-Americans and one MIAA MVP.
