FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. – No. 17-ranked University of Central Missouri Jennies bowling wrapped up the McKendree Bearcat Hammer Open with an eighth place finish out of 16 teams Sunday, Oct. 24, at the St. Clair Bowling Center.

The Jennies went 1-2 in the best-of-four-of-seven Baker match play format, falling to No. 8 seed Tusculum twice by identical 4-3 scores, and defeating No. 9 seed Aurora, 4-1.

For the Bearcat Hammer Open, Central Missouri posted a 7-6 overall record.

Top-ranked Nebraska earned the team title at the event with a 9-4 record.

Central Missouri returns to action Oct. 29-31 at the Valparaiso Crusader Classic in Dyer, Ind.
