Scouting The Opposition
Central Oklahoma (4-3, 4-3 MIAA)
• Central Oklahoma got just one game in last week with another postponed. When the Jennies enter Edmond, it'll be the Bronchos first game in a week. At home this season, Central Oklahoma is 2-2, but have dropped two straight.
• The Bronchos opened the season with a pair of wins at home before dropping three straight games. They've since righted the ship winning games to close 2020 and start 2021.
• Central Oklahoma goes through their post and specifically Kelsey Johnson. She's scoring more than 22 points per game and twice this season has scored 30 or more in a game. Johnson averages a double-double coming down with more than 10 rebounds per game as well.
• Aside from Johnson, the Bronchos don't shoot the ball all that well. They are hitting below 40% from the field and just 26% from three.
• Turnover have been a problem with the Bronchos losing it nearly 17 times per game.
• With the help of Johnson, UCO is a +4.7 in the rebounding department.
